Hey there guys.
Okay, a lot's been happening.

First off, I'm actually getting commissions now.
I'm so happy about that!
One from online, 2 from church, and another lady from church who wrote a book of poetry, currently getting it edited, is thinking about me illustrating it! We've set the date for November 14th to sit down with a few of her poems. And she's going to give me one at church this Wednesday so I can play around with it! I'm so excited, but nervous too.
I hope I can illustrate it well and find a good drawing and coloring style for it.
The poetry book will be for children I think, although I don't think the poems sound really childish or anything.
Each poem is about a miracle or healing that Jesus did.
So any suggestions on what style would go good in a poetry book?
I've really got to study up on Biblical time clothing and hair styles for this too. heh...

I'm also working on a collab with Ashlee.
It will be an oil painting, and we've already sketched the scene out on canvas. It'll be pretty epic once we finish it. 8D

Now onto other stuff.
Spent Halloween weekend with Mere.
(btw, that's Joon-kii, but she just changed accounts.)

But anyways, we had fun. We tried working on our songs for our band The Adventurers too. The music and beats is what we need right now. lol.


Then yesterday I drove to tech since it was such a beautiful day and Ashlee bought us Italian peach sodas and a muffin.
She's such a sweetie. And it was soo yummy. (8

At tech I'm working on my personal art website. I've got to learn how to do some harder stuff in flash before it'll look the way I want though. Wish me luck.


Oh, I can't believe I almost forgot!!
I SAW OWL CITY LIVE!!!! OH YES BBY!
It's was one of funnest nights ever.

We waited for a long time because we got there early.
Brooke Wagoner and The Scene Aesthetic also played and they were so talented and great live too.
But It was incredibly surreal seeing Adam Young.
He's really gotten out of his shell from his other live performances I've seen online. He was dancing crazy and everything while singing and playing the bass. He was a lot of fun to watch.
And all I had was a cell phone that didn't take the best pics unfortunately. But I was in the second row. (Only because people in front of us let these girls cut an hour before it opened. And all those girls were all primped up wearing very short dresses because they actually could because they didn't wait for hours in the cold like everyone else in front and behind them. *coughcough* Anyways...) The second row was great too though. xD I danced and sang so much when Adam came out. I couldn't stop smiling. BUT the best part of the night was during "The Saltwater Room" when he sang "I feel warm with your hand in mine", and right then he started reaching his hand out to all the girls in front of him so both Amanda and I got to touch his hand! 8D We both clenched it. lol. I was not expecting him to do that. It made my night. Especially since afterward he didn't come out. I was disappointed but I knew they had to go to perform in Texas the very next night and Adam looked really tired. He uses a lot of energy giving a great show. xD
So I got the cds signed by the drummer who was really nice and said he'd give my picture to Adam for me. (x
So overall, I had a great night.

(Also, I think they should ban smoking in concert lines. They were was just one guy who smoked the whole 4 hours in line when they are a lot of young teens waiting around him. It was disgusting. If I was closer to him I would have dramatically coughed until he stopped.)
